Your first visit is a consultation, and it’s the most important appointment we’ll have together.
You’ll fill out a brief hair questionnaire when you arrive. Then your stylist will sit down with you face-to-face to get to know your hair, your lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Once we understand your hair, we’ll give you our honest recommendations: the right extension method, the best color match, the ideal length, and a clear plan for your transformation. We’ll also walk you through pricing so you leave with a complete picture.
Once we have a plan, we’ll schedule your transformation appointment, take a deposit to hold your reservation, and order your hair. Your extensions will be here and ready for you on transformation day.
A little prep goes a long way. Here’s what to keep in mind before your first visit.
Skip the blowout if you can. We want to see your true color, density, and texture. If you always wear your hair styled a certain way, arrive that way instead. We want to see how you actually wear it.
All of our pricing is on our website so you can browse ahead of time. Your stylist will give you a full quote at the consultation. P.S. Delta Crown is a gratuity-free studio, so no need to budget for tipping.
The consultation is your time to get every question about extensions answered. We’ll tell you honestly whether you’re a good candidate, walk you through your options, and make sure you leave feeling completely prepared.
Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost and holds your appointment. You’ll also sign an extension agreement with the full cost laid out clearly before anything is finalized.
