FAQs

We are here for you!

Can I get color and extensions done on the same day?

In some cases yes, but the sequencing matters. Generally, we recommend completing any significant color changes before your extension install, since we match your extensions to your hair color at the time of your consultation.

Subtle color work like a toner or gloss can sometimes be done alongside an extension appointment. Your stylist will advise on the right approach for your specific situation.

Will color services affect my extension bonds?

In some cases yes, but the sequencing matters. Generally, we recommend completing any significant color changes before your extension install, since we match your extensions to your hair color at the time of your consultation.

Subtle color work like a toner or gloss can sometimes be done alongside an extension appointment. Your stylist will advise on the right approach for your specific situation.

How often should I book a color service?

It depends on the service and your hair.

  • Regrowth sessions are typically needed every four to six weeks for guests with noticeable root growth.
  • Refinement sessions — toners, glosses, accent pieces — can stretch further depending on how your color fades.
  • Transformation sessions are less frequent by nature.

Your stylist will recommend a realistic color maintenance schedule at your appointment.

What if I want a major color change but already have extensions?

This is a conversation we invite you to start with your stylist before booking.

Major color changes, particularly those involving significant lightening, can affect your extensions if not planned carefully.

In some cases, the right approach is to let your current extensions run their course, make the color change, and then install a new set matched to your updated color. Your stylist will walk you through the options and help you make a plan that works for your hair and your timeline.
